David M. Stamm is an associate whose practice areas include real estate, land use, corporate law and business matters. He also handles state and local alcohol licensing and legislative affairs matters. Prior to joining the firm, David served as the law clerk for the Honorable Steven G. Chappelle, Associate Judge of the Maryland Circuit Court for Charles County. David also served as a member of the Annapolis staff of Delegate John L. Bohanan, Jr. for the 2011 Maryland Legislative Session. David earned his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law where he served as the founding editor of the University of Maryland Leadership and Law Journal. He was also selected for a Legal Writing Teaching Fellowship as a second-year law student where he taught legal writing techniques to fellow law students. David enjoyed playing soccer for the "Learned Foot F.C," the law school's intramural soccer team. Prior to law school, David earned his B.A. in History from St. Mary's College of Maryland where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse and varsity tennis teams. David is a Southern Maryland native and a graduate of Leonardtown High School. David is actively involved in many community service activities and currently enjoys supporting and volunteering for Hospice of St. Mary's, Sotterley Plantation, and the St. Mary's County Juvenile Drug Court Program. He has also been a supporter of local lacrosse and soccer in St. Mary's County through St. Mary's Youth Lacrosse, Leonardtown High School Lacrosse, and St. Mary's Youth Soccer.
