Bryan T. Dugan is a member of the firm whose practice areas include family, civil, criminal, and traffic litigation matters. Bryan has over 25 years experience as a litigator and is a co-founder of our firm. Bryan is admitted to practice in Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Bryan is currently a member of the St. Mary’s County and Maryland State Bar Associations and the American Inn of Court of Southern Maryland.
Bryan earned his law degree from the University of Maryland, School of Law. He earned his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in political science from West Virginia University. Bryan remains an avid supporter and fan of West Virginia Mountaineer Athletics, especially during basketball season.
Bryan was born in Agana, Guam and first moved to St. Mary’s County during his high school years whenhe attended Chopticon High School. In the late 1980s, Bryan returned to St. Mary’s County as a young lawyer and joined the firm of Kenney, Kaminetz and Lacer, and subsequently founded our firm in 1994 with Bill D. McKissick, Jr. Bryan is an active member of the Southern Maryland Community and enjoys supporting the Three Oaks Center, Hospice of St. Mary’s, the St. Mary’s Chamber of Commerce, Sotterley Plantation, and other community organizations that help Southern Marylanders.
